Where data is processed
The site and the Lockryn platform are hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in data centres in Germany and Finland. Cloud AI — the Claude model by Anthropic through Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services) in an EU region — receives de-identified incident summaries only; for medical, card and financial services it is off by default. The list of processors of customer data and the terms of processing are set by the pilot agreement.
Emails and calls
If you email or call us, we process your address, name and message only to reply and discuss the pilot. We do not share this data with third parties other than our email service provider [to be specified], and we delete the correspondence at your request.
Server logs
The web server that hosts the site may keep technical request logs (IP address, time, page address) to protect against attacks. Retention period: [to be specified before publication].
